WOLF WATCH

29 May

This weekend can turn ugly very quickly.

The Mets, after losing last night by leaving runners all over the base paths, are in a position of survival this weekend.

They call on Fernando Nieve to right the ship in a spot start. If Nieve and the offense can’t deliver, the Mets will have to beat Randy Wolf on Sunday to either win the series or avoid a sweep, which will just be crushing for this fan base.

Wolf is 12-5 against New York over his career. Watch for Jason Bay who is hitting over .500 in his career against Wolf.

Tatis is hitting .097 in 31 at bats against Wolf. So Jerry, Tatis doesn’t play on Sunday. Understood?
