Thanks to STADIUMPAGE for this updated photo of the burial ground of the middle child of Yankee Stadiums.

I know I will be criticized for saying this, but there is a part of me that is happy seeing this Yankees cemetery.

It was a historic park that was knocked down because of corporate greed.

If the former stadium had luxury boxes, it would still be standing.

While the new stadium is impressive (so I’ve heard), it isn’t historic and that was lost when the former home started to fall.

If you imagine hard enough, you could see Dave Mlicki shutting down the Yanks in the first Subway Series game. Good times.
